Banks & finance
Rates that are right in every branch, on the hour
Counter queues, exchange and profit rates, product information and the regulatory notices that have to be displayed and dated.
A rate board is the one piece of signage in a bank that is wrong in a way somebody can complain about. It is printed or hand-written, it changes daily, and in a network of branches it is changed at a different time in every one of them.
The regulatory notices are the opposite problem: they must be displayed, they must be current, and somebody has to be able to say when they went up. A laminated sheet in a frame cannot answer that question.
Signvero handles both from one panel, with an audit trail behind it. Rates change everywhere at the time you publish them, notices carry their own start and end dates, and every change is attributable to a named person — which is what turns a signage system into something a compliance officer will sign off.
What usually goes wrong
The starting point
- Rate boards are changed at a different time in every branch
- Regulatory notices have to be current and nobody can prove when they went up
- Queues at the counter are managed by a member of staff calling out
One rate, every branch, one time
Publish once and the whole network changes together, rather than whenever each branch gets round to it.
Notices with dates and a record
Every notice carries a start and an end, and every change is written to an audit trail with a name and a time.
Token queues at the counter
Numbers shown and announced, so the hall stops crowding the first available window.
In practice
What goes on the screens
Six things this trade puts up, rather than six things a signage brochure says you could.
Exchange and profit rates
Published centrally, identical in every branch, changed on the hour you decide.
Token and counter queues
Now serving, and which window, shown and spoken.
Product and service information
Accounts, financing and cards, rotated so the hall is not showing one thing all day.
Regulatory and compliance notices
Dated, scheduled, and recorded against the person who published them.
Branch hours and holiday closures
Set weeks ahead across the whole network at once.
Security and incident messages
A full-screen message to one branch or all of them, at a priority nothing outranks.
On the wall
What this looks like in a bank
Two of the boards this trade runs. Both are built from a template in the panel, so the third one looks like the first and a price changed in one place is changed everywhere.
Placement
Where the screens go
The question every first conversation reaches within ten minutes. In the order most places buy them — and the first one is usually enough to start.
- 01The banking hall, for the queue and the rates
- 02The entrance, for hours and holiday closures
- 03The waiting area, for products and services
- 04The staff corridor, for compliance notices
The moment that matters
One alert, every screen, in seconds
Everything else on this page is the ordinary day. This is the reason people actually buy it.

Before you ask
Questions from this trade
- Can rates be updated automatically from our own system?
- Yes, through the API. Many branches also run it manually from the panel, which takes under a minute for the whole network.
- Can we host it inside our own network?
- Yes, and in financial services that is the usual arrangement. It runs on your infrastructure with no outbound connection and keeps its data in your own database.
- Is there a record of who changed a displayed notice?
- Yes. Every change carries a user, a time and the action, queryable in the panel and in the database behind it.
- Can one branch be given control of its own screens?
- Yes, within a group, while the rate board and compliance notices stay centrally controlled. Roles are per group rather than per person.
